The Air Max Goadome has never really been a "sneaker" — it's more like a boot with an air unit strapped on. The bulky build and ankle-wrapping shroud exist for one reason: to survive cold, wet weather. So when Nike decided to chop it down into a Low version, that decision alone is more newsworthy than the colorway itself.

This drop comes in "Light Orewood Brown/Black," style code IR2174-100. Going by the name, the light khaki-brown paired with black tones down the usual military-boot vibe of the Goadome family — it loses some of that original heavy-duty presence, but the bone structure is still very much a shrunken version of that same boot.

The Nike Air Max Goadome Low "Light Orewood Brown/Black" releases August 20, 2026 via Nike.com and select retailers for $185. So far, only the colorway, style code, price, and release date have been confirmed — upper materials and further design details have yet to be revealed.
